Britannic font

Britannic was originally developed in the starting of 20th Century. It comes by way of the Old British foundry Wagner & Schmidt. New digital version has five separate font styles, one of which is medium compressed & all caps design. It is a sans serif face with high degree of stroke contrast & vertical axis which is especially for the heavier weights. This typeface exudes a degree of elegance which is not always matched in the century. It has passed from its first drawn. It was designed by English type designer Stephenson Blake in 1901.
