Cascade Script font

Cascade Script font was designed by contemporary British designer Matthew Carter, who was also behind Shelley Script & Snell Roundhand Script both modelled on historical font. This Script is a reserved for cheerful calligraphy typeface with minutely angular outlines. The letters look like that they have been drawn by a broad tipped pen. It invokes the 1940's type faces which saw the origins of the modern printing typefaces used in the advertising industry. It is launched in 1965. This Script has its lively & balanced form. It is particularly best for short texts & headlines.
