The Albawing font is designed by German designer Hans-Jürgen Ellenberger in 2002. Hans-Jürgen Ellenberger was awarded an Honorable Mention in the 2003 International Type Design Contest, sponsored by Linotype Library. It is a Linotype font. Albawing font is the text type that is derived from the original idea for Albatross. The sketches were done with Fontographer 3.5 using the simplified outlines of Albatross. Hans-Jürgen Ellenberger using his typographic Excellence to design this Albawing font The Albawing font is agile & lively. The Albawing font is an elegant font and it is well-suited for headlines, advertisements and posters.
