Linotype Compendio font

Being a part of the Take Type Library, the Compendio typeface has been chosen amongst the participants of the famous International Digital Type Design Contests held in the year 1994 and 1997. Christian Bauer has creatively designed this font in the year 1997. He has derived the concept of this font from the primary font forms of the Transitional faces, which existed in the 17th century. You can find that the external shapes of this typeface are uneven in shape and are like those letters usually printed on papers of low quality. The Compendio typeface is best for headlines and text. It has its distinctive characteristics.
