German type designer Hellmut G. Bomm created the Invasion font in the year of 2002. The 3 text faces in this font family. He was inspired by the styles of lettering of the 11th Century Bayeux Tapestry. This font family is authentic both to late Romanesque lettering styles in addition to the look of letters stitched into the cloth. It is the perfect font for any English history buff, art history buff, medieval buff & typography buff. It works most excellent in any display settings. It is an attractive companion face to any of 3 weights. The pictograms in this typeface represent the Mythical & Medieval animals (and few people).
