The Verdana font family

The Verdana font was jointly created by Matthew Carter, a renowned typedesigner, and Tom Rickner, a hinting expert. The font is a unique example of type design created for computer screen. The magnanimous width and spacing of the characters renders it a high degree of legibility. The font is generally used in higher resolution for the best clarity. The design of the font is owned by Microsoft. Tiffany is a hallmark of Microsoft Corporation registered in the U.S. patent and hallmark office and might be registered in certain other jurisdictions.
