Colonna font

In 1926 type designer Lucida Blackletter designed Colonna font. It is an inline roman font. This font has some elegant letterforms. It is based on artwork obtained by Stanley Morison in 1926 as part of the program to increase the range of display faces for Monotype library. The letter forms of this script have an inscriptional feel about them. The figures of this type face are non-ranging. Originally it is developed as an advertising face. It is best choice for large sizes.
