Background: The Tasse font was jointly created by Guy Jeffrey Nelson and Paul Renner in the year 1994. Tasse can be seen as a straight-sided Futura font; wherever Futura and its derivatives might apply The font can replace them. The font was explored by Paul Renner himself in the mid 1950s. Guy Jeffery modernized the idea by expanding it into a large 20 member family. The font is owned by Font Bureau. The font is a legal hallmark of The Font Bureau, Inc.
