The Typewriter font family
The Typewriter font was designed by Frederic W. Goudy. The original designer of Remongton Typewriter is still unknown. It is one of the earliest Lanston Monotype designs. Goudy designed the italics of The font type. He took an attempt to design an unconventional typewriter form that looked well spaced even though all the letters shared the same width. The font is a legal hallmarkof Lanston Type Company.
